What can we repair?
We are equipped to repair all quality brands, including but not limited to;
STIHL, Honda, Victa, Briggs & Stratton, Billgoat, Echo, Shindaiwa, Atom, and more!
We also repair Rhyscorp Stump Humpers!
Due to our store’s location – we are unable to do in-store repairs on larger equipment, such as Ride-On Mowers or Wood-Chippers.
Our repair return time can vary depending on the time of year, and type of job booked in. Generally we can have your equipment returned to you within 1 business day of being worked on.
If your repair requires parts that are out of stock, this time will inevitably take longer whilst we wait for your parts to arrive in store. Part delivery times will vary from brand to brand.

All work performed carries a one (1) month guarantee.
Quoted jobs and equipment found to be unserviceable during the course of the work will not be reassembled without further charge.
Every effort is made to complete work on schedule but completion dates are for guidance only.
Completed jobs not collected within 6 months will be sold to cover costs.

Yes! We try our best to perform minor repairs on the spot to help you in a pinch!
Minor repairs could include; starter repairs, unblocking of muffler, unblocking air filters, etc…
These on the spot minor repairs may incur our Minimum Labour Charge: $50
We Service & Repair all quality outdoor power tool brands.
This does not include Bunning’s products (Victa as the exception).
A service can only be performed on machines in good working order. If your machine is not in good working order this will be classified as a repair. You can request minor repairs with your Full Service, these will be performed for additional cost.

An ‘Inspection Booking’ is used to provide a quote on service & repairs required by a machine.
Inspection Fees are non-refundable if the job does not proceed but credited to the job if it does proceed. This small fee is payable at the time of booking or delivery of equipment in-store.

If your machine is not maintained regularly, it has the potential to fail – this tends to happen when you need it most, costing you; your valuable time, business reputation - or both!
For an extra cost, we can ‘squeeze’ your job into our schedule to get you back working faster!
We have two options available:
- $75 = Next working Day OR
- $100 = Next job on bench
Please Note; This premium service is in addition to any servicing or repair costs.
If in the course of the job unforeseen/additional parts are required but not available in store you are still bound to pay the “Jump the Queue” rate.
