Order Confirmation

Upon payment of your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation that includes your order summary. A tax invoice will be emailed and included with your order when the order has been packed ready for shipment.

Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct prior to finalising payment.
You will receive an email notification from our nominated shipping provider with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Most orders are shipped via our Perth warehouse using Australia Post. We may alternately use Direct Freight, TNT or other shipping agents if they are deemed a more practical shipping method for bulky items and the like.

We strive to fill all orders within one working business day from payment, however if there is a longer than usual delay for an order or part thereof, we will email or phone you with an update.

Shipments to the Greater Perth metro are generally delivered within 1 to 2 days. WA rural generally 2 to 3 days and eastern states orders generally 4 to 7 days.

Important Information

CSP Group shall not be held liable for any delays in the dispatch or delivery of orders for circumstances including but not limited to; carrier or agent/representative delays, delays resulting from industrial action, natural disasters, protests, wars, health emergencies, excessive traffic and congestion or logistical issues with freight companies.
